Good news ~ bad news! Let's start with the not-so-good news. You may have heard that Marshall, as he likes to put it, "Has picked up a wee touch of terminal pancreatic cancer." Doctors give him 6-20 months with 50:50 chance of living a year. It's in the liver. It's inoperable.
His spirits are great and you can read his "Bucket List" at www.MarshallFritz.com ... and even post a message to his guest book.
Now the good news!
We're going to celebrate Marshall's life!!!
Family and friends from every aspect of his inimitable life are coming together to pay tribute to Marshall Fritz ~ the man, the mentor, the mountain, the myth ~ in a very special gathering.
We hope you can join our celebration so Marshall can spend time with you ~ you can spend time with Marshall ~ and we can all spend time sharing our favorite Marshallisms, stories, and well-wishes with Marshall and his family.
Catering is provided by Frank Miller,
master chef and owner of LA Epicure.
Dinner includes Coco Nib Spice Crusted Filet Mignon with Truffle Infused Mashed Potatoes; Grilled Salmon on a bed of Lobster Mashed Potatoes with Fig Buerre Blanc; Assorted Fresh Vegetables, Dessert, Coffee/Tea
